We are a privately owned Manx Limited Company, established in 2014. Martin le Moignan is the working director, and offers a truly professional approach to construction.
Our promise to our clients is simple - a quality, professional and reliable service on each and every project. We build only “For those who Demand Quality”, and can always provide references from satisfied customers. And we do it for less than you may expect – we promise value for money and transparency of costs on every project, whether it be £200 or £2 million.
We undertake a broad range of building works including but not limited to:
New builds of traditional or timber frame construction
Alterations and refurbishment
Historic building works.
Our current projects include the construction of a two storey 125m2 extension for a private client and extensive internal and external work to a Douglas town house, with a further similar project commencing shortly.
Our clients tend to come back. Why?
Since inception we have established a successful infrastructure, excellent business links and – most importantly – a reputation for doing a good job.
As a client you can expect;
Professionalism throughout, from initial enquiry to the satisfactory completion of your working brief.
High quality of service and attention to detail.
Speed, efficiency and integrity.
Value for money.
Trained and competent staff.
Compliance with statutory codes and good building practice.
Our commitment to professionalism and best practice is evident in all our work.
We strive to provide our clients with a quality service and to be mindful of our duty to the general public, thus enhancing the reputation of the construction industry.
Martin firmly believes in a “hands on” approach, playing his part on a daily basis.
Our team is the crux of our business and our reputation; our workforce consists of directly employed DTI registered tradesmen, labourers and working foremen supplemented with known and trusted bona fide subcontractors who undertake specialist and finishing trades. We endeavour to use a select group of subcontractors within our supply chain and use a partnering approach to business, which helps to secure the quality and performance required to take our business forward.
We operate an apprenticeship scheme linked to the IOM College and are training carpenters and bricklayers to qualified craftsmen status.
All our work is directly controlled and overseen by us to ensure quality, performance and cost effectiveness for our clients.
The regulatory requirements
For our clients peace of mind we are also fully insured with public liability of £1 million and our insurance policy is also available for inspection.
